Saturday saw the culmination of the rugby pre-season with our annual Old Abingdonian rugby match taking place on Waste Court in the morning. A wonderful occasion with over 30 old boys taking part and many OAs and parents watching and re-living the good times! Our new third year pupils who are taking up rugby had their final pre-season training session followed by a BBQ organised by our rugby parental association the Touchliners with many families joining the rugby association. The finale saw our U18s play an internal trial match which proved there will be some depth this season and serious competition for places across all teams. Thank you to Stowe School who agreed to host the triangular between ourselves, Stowe and Solihull School due to hard grounds on Lower Field. Both age groups took away positives and areas to improve for the forth coming season.
