Wednesday 25 February parent webinar on RSE workshops about respectful language with Natalie Hunt – 6pm-7pm<\/b><\/p>\n

Natalie Hunt, the Foundation’s Mental Health lead, will be providing her termly workshops to pupils on the topic of ‘respectful language’. This will be delivered in an age appropriate manner. Natalie will run a webinar for parents before delivering the workshops so that you have the opportunity to view the material and ask any questions. Richard Sutton, Deputy Head Pastoral and I will also be part of the webinar and we hope that you can join us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Message from the JEDI\u2019s – Chinese Lunar New Year Coffee Morning – Wednesday 25 February, 8am<\/b><\/p>\n

We would like to invite you to a coffee morning on Wednesday 25 February which will run between 8am and 9am. You will be able to have coffee and tea and we will also help hand around rice crackers, fortune cookies and fresh mandarin. At 8.30, if you are able to stay, we will show the video of the Abingdon Pupils explaining the great race for the animals who appear on the zodiac and show a short video of how we enjoy celebrating at this time of year. It will all be in Mandarin or Cantonese with subtitles. So that we can keep track of numbers please can we ask that you fill in this form <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collection for The Nasio Trust<\/b><\/p>\n

At this morning’s assembly we heard again about the wonderful work that the Nasio Trust charity does in Kenya, plus an update on our four sponsor children. We also launched a collection and need your help! See the attached poster<\/a> for what we need; toothbrushes and toothpaste plus school equipment (pencils, colours, rubbers, rulers, calculators etc). Please bring your donations to the boxes by the school office by the end of February when they will be taken out to Kenya. Thank you in advance for your support of this very worthwhile cause.<\/span><\/p>\n
