Letter to all Parents – End of year charity letter 2021\/2022<\/a><\/p>\n Letter to Parents of boys in Y2 – Earth Trust, Forest School Trip on Wednesday 6 July 2022<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n Y3-8, Sports Photos<\/b><\/p>\n Dear Parents of all boys in Years 3-8,<\/span><\/p>\n Team photographs have been scheduled to be taken on the afternoon of Tuesday 5th July.<\/span><\/p>\n On that day, please send your son into school in clean PE kit, including white outdoor trainers. However, if they have cricket whites and shirts, please can they bring them in too in a separate bag. I am sure you will support us in reminding the boys to keep their kit clean during the day!<\/span><\/p>\n Boys will bring home sample photographs and order forms at a later date, as usual.<\/span><\/p>\n If you have any questions regarding this matter please email me.<\/span><\/p>\n Stefan Gerrard<\/span><\/p>\n stefan.gerrard@abingdonprep.org.uk<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Message from Karen Cornford, School Secretary<\/b><\/p>\n This is to let you know that any Lost Property we have in school will be laid out on tables on Monday next week (04 July) in the corridor just outside the school office for the boys to look through.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Weather permitting, we will carry these tables outside the glass doors at the front of school each day for parents to look through when they are collecting boys at the end of the day.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>All items will be available to claim for three days (up to and including Wednesday 06 July).\u00a0 Any items left after this date will be disposed of appropriately.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Message from Rachel Pairman, Deputy Head – Friday 8 July end of day collection<\/strong><\/p>\n Term finishes next Friday 8 July. Pupils on the bus will leave at midday.<\/span><\/p>\n All other pupils can be collected from the following entrances where a member of staff will be available to call the relevant children on the radio.<\/span><\/p>\n Pre-Prep – Pre-Prep entrance<\/span><\/p>\n Year 3-4 – main glass doors<\/span><\/p>\n Year 5 – blue doors<\/span><\/p>\n Year 6 – by the fort<\/span><\/p>\n Years 7-8 – drum room door<\/span><\/p>\n Pre-Prep and older siblings can be collected at midday.<\/span><\/p>\n Pupils in Years 3-8 without older siblings can be collected between 12.15 and 12.30.<\/span><\/p>\n There will be limited parking on site because Year 8 parents will be attending the prize giving. The boys can then join Rachel Whitmore on Monday 4 July at morning break if they would like to discuss this topic.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Message from the JPA<\/strong><\/p>\n Second Hand Uniform Sale – SHUS<\/strong><\/p>\n Over the next few weeks we will be migrating the stock into a new location, which we hope will be more accessible for parents. This camp is designed to teach aspiring young athletes to move correctly, efficiently and safely, while building full body strength and balance.
