In the workshop, Chris from the Museum, talked about deep time and how growing understanding of geology and the fossil record within it strongly influenced the work of Darwin and those who came after him. The pupils got to examine many different fossils from huge oryx shinbones to shark&#8217;s teeth to ammonites.
