Making a difference, managing influence and navigating change online\u2019 in aid of Safer Internet Day. This included considering new and emerging technology; using the internet to make change for the better; changes young people want to see online and what can influence (and change) the way young people think, feel and act both on and off line.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, pupils were were able to experience how technology has evolved with a hands-on display of items through the ages.<\/p>\n<p>Head of ICT at Abingdon Prep, Alison, said: &#8220;By actively involving our pupils in discussions and activities surrounding online safety and responsible internet use, we are actively preparing our young people to navigate the complexities of the digital world with confidence and awareness.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week in their computer lessons, our pupils have been investigating the theme \u2018Inspiring change?
