On a weekly basis the boys have been set different daily challenges in addition to their live Zoom circuits and ongoing activity logs. Million Monday was to walk, jog or run a mile, Wellbeing Wednesday was yoga day, Ball Skills Thursday was to learn to juggle and Self-Care Saturday required the boys to create a nutritious breakfast.
