Year 5 has been exploring animals in art this term in particular owls. We have studied their shapes and textures through planet earth documentaries, pencil studies, painting and now clay!<\/p>\n
Using our visualiser to demonstrate we shaped the clay using tooth picks and our hands, adding scraffito details, some even added a base or ‘nest.’<\/p>\n
