{"id":28180,"date":"2020-07-03T09:38:53","date_gmt":"2020-07-03T08:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.abingdon.org.uk\/prep\/?p=28180"},"modified":"2020-07-03T09:38:53","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T08:38:53","slug":"virtual-inter-house-sports-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.abingdon.org.uk\/prep\/virtual-inter-house-sports-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Virtual Inter House Sports Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>3 July 2020<\/h3>\n<p>Although we were unable to hold our annual Inter House School Sports Day for our Years 3 &#8211; 8 at Tilsley Park this year due to the pandemic, the Director of Sport organised a Virtual Garden Games live via Zoom instead.<\/p>\n<p>The events consisted of the Speed Bounce (Speed), Target Throw (Accuracy), Shuttle Runs (Endurance), Colander Catch (Hand-eye Coordination), Standing Broad Jump (Power) and Keepie Uppies (Coordination). These events were exceptionally well represented and all of the events were keenly contested.
