One of the benefits of online schooling, as Year 5 and 6 have found out, is that they can bring their pets to their PSHCE lesson! The boys were thinking about wellbeing and the benefits of having a pet. We discussed how soothing and calming it is to stroke a pet and how they are a companion to you in difficult times. We also discussed some of the disadvantages, the fact that they cost a lot to look after and arrangements need to be made if you go away.
