Reception had a very exciting\u00a0visit to Cogges\u00a0Manor Farm\u00a0<\/span>to find out\u00a0<\/span>about Christmas in the past. We made\u00a0k<\/span>issing\u00a0b<\/span>ells from\u00a0p<\/span>agan times, cooked ginger pigs\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>Tudor\u00a0period<\/span>\u00a0and then moved into the Victorian era to learn about Christmas trees, cards and crackers. We also\u00a0learnt about<\/span>\u00a0wartime festivities, making paper chains and snowflakes from newspaper.
