There were&nbsp;four&nbsp;teams in the heat: Magdalen A, Magdalen B, Bartholomew School and Abingdon Prep.&nbsp;The Magdalen A team consisted of Year 11 players and the same team had been the runners up in the National Final last year.&nbsp;Three of the Bartholomew team were also from Year 11.&nbsp;So the boys had their work cut out!&nbsp;Magdalen A won but the boys acquitted themselves well.&nbsp;Josef&nbsp;was voted Most Honourable Warrior (everyone has to vote for their favourite game and the player with the most votes received this award and 10 points for their team).&nbsp;Josef also received a nomination for Best Painted Army.&nbsp;The boys can have another go in February to get themselves into the semi-finals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>14 November 2017 The Warhammer Young Leaders took part in the local heat of the Warhammer School League on Saturday.
