On Tuesday the Year 4s were involved in a highly competitive afternoon of rugby house matches. In the first round of matches Phoenix narrowly overcame a very determined Unicorn while Dragon won convincingly by 8 tries to 1 against Griffin.<\/p>\n

The second round of matches were very close affairs with Phoenix beating Dragon in the dying seconds of the match thanks to a score from Isaac. Oliver was however instrumental in their victory due to his outstanding cover tackles, keeping out the likes of Zachary and Alex who were potent throughout the competition.<\/p>\n

\nDragon (3) vs Phoenix (4)<\/p>\n
In the final round, both Phoenix and Dragon managed to win, securing 1st and 2nd place in the competition.<\/p>\n

The standard of rugby and commitment during the afternoon was very high and players such as Finn, Yumi, Oliver, Oll, Edward and Zac all impressed their coaches.<\/p>\n
