This has been a tremendous week for the Preparatory School in terms of rugby results as all of our teams go from strength to strength.<\/p>\n
The Under 10s were involved in the Abingdon School\u00a0festival held\u00a0under floodlights\u00a0at Tilsley Park on the 3G pitch. This was a wonderful experience for all of the boys involved: Zachary, Sebastian, Oliver, Dylan, Yumi, Alex, Edward, William, Justin, Oliver and Charlie. Despite a few bumps and bruises the boys won matches against Moulsford, St\u00a0Andrew’s, St\u00a0Hugh’s and New College, Oxford and lost narrowly to Chandlings.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday our Year 7s and 8s pitched themselves against Abingdon School and won three of their five matches. The Under 13 As won by 35 – 15 while the Under 13 Bs reversed their previous loss to a 30 – 15 win. Our Under 12 As won a very close encounter by 20 – 15 with Finn running in a last minute try.<\/p>\n
Our Under 9s completed a clean sweep against Chandlings while our Under 8s were competitive against very strong opposition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
