Our high academic standards, broad curriculum and &#8216;Other Half&#8217; co-curricular programme enable our pupils to make the most of their time with us. True to the School&#8217;s founding values, we provide a nurturing community in which our children gain in confidence and develop their potential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I believe the core purpose of a Prep School is to prepare children for the future, and a key part of that is fostering values of equality and inclusivity within a co-educational environment. Abingdon Prep has a fantastic reputation for cultivating ambition and opportunity without arrogance or entitlement &#8211; pupils here are thoughtful and considerate both in their academic work and with one another.<\/p>\n<p>The influence teachers have on young people should never be underestimated and our excellent staff inspire our pupils every single day in new and engaging ways\u2014both inside and outside the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>Our academic curriculum is rigorous and that is an important aspect of an Abingdon Prep education but it sits alongside an outstanding co-curricular provision, with equal importance placed on The Other Half. Of course all that has to be underpinned by exceptional pastoral care.
