Last Friday was busy for the Physics department with talks being given after school to both U6th and L6th physicists.
We were delighted to welcome Dr Ben Still, author of best selling book “Particle Physics Brick by Brick” to give a lecture on particle physics to the U6th, explaining his analogy of the Standard Model of Particle Physics to Lego.
At the same time, we welcomed back OA Gregory Munday (2016) to talk to the L6th about his experience of studying Physics at university.
