Abingdon fielded two teams at this year's Oxfordshire Schools' Golf Championships, and on a blustery and challenging day the boys did very well indeed. Highlights include Harry Gale achieving second place overall (and a likely selection to represent Oxfordshire), and Nick Owen finishing second in the handicap competition. Abingdon's A team came 3rd overall and Abingdon B came second just two points away from qualifying nationally. All six boys were a credit to the school.
