The first years spent an afternoon on a walk around Abingdon visiting sites with connections to the School. They saw the tomb of John Roysse, who refounded the school in 1563, in St Helen's Church, visited St Nicolas' Church and the site of Abingdon Abbey, and completed a quiz in Abingdon Museum. A highlight was going on to the roof of the museum to get amazing views of Abingdon.
