Headmaster rowing from Abingdon to Henley
The Headmaster is in the final stages of preparing for his row from Abingdon to Henley to raise funds for the School's Boat Club. It seems likely that we will reach the total required to purchase a new coxless pair which is a fantastic response, thank you. Please do support Mark by donating or by welcoming him when he arrives at Henley. There will be a Reception at 6.00 pm at Upper Thames Rowing Club in Henley to which all parents are welcome. Please contact Jan Glover if you would like to be there.
Access to Park Crescent
We have been informed by Christ's Hospital that the eastern section of Park Crescent, by the boarding houses, will have limited vehicular access, while drainage and resurfacing works are completed. The first phase starts next Monday 17 May. The second phase, the road resurfacing, is scheduled to begin in Half Term. Parents would be advised to arrange to meet their sons away from this area.
