Today Abingdon Prep School took part for the first time in the 'Year 6 Academic Challenge', held annually at St. Edward's School. A team of four boys took part in activities where they suggested solutions to the budget deficit, learnt how to speak and write some Arabic, learnt about the coral reef crisis and took part in a drama workshop on Shakespeare's Macbeth. The team came 2nd overall out of 20 teams taking part, based on their performance in the tasks. Well done to all those who took part.
