Year 5 has just finished their chemistry topic on Properties and Changes in Materials. They developed their investigative skills through the study of solutions, suspensions, the effects of temperature, states of matter and the changes between them. To finish with, the boys made decorative plunge candles based on the principle of reversible changes to go home for Christmas!
