Just before half term, an appreciative audience of family and friends were whisked away to the far away land of Mambica, home of the warring Sotongi and Wannakeekee tribes. The Junior production of The Peace Child told the story of how their enmity was overcome through the gift of a new born child. It was a lively and energetic performance complete with enthusiastic singing, tribal drumming and even some rapping bears. A huge well done to the boys in Years 3 and 4 on a very successful and enjoyable evening's entertainment.
