The Winter Garden Bar of Ashton Court Mansion in Bristol accommodated a bustling party of around forty OAs, their partners and members of staff at an evening reception on Thursday 3 February 2011.
The event, hosted by David Brice (1961) - the first in a series of regional reunions to provide OAs with an opportunity to meet the Head of Abingdon School, Felicity Lusk in their own locality - was a roaring success, with much laughter and lively reminiscences all round.
A guest list showing those OAs who attended the event can be viewed online and lists a number of current and former members of Abingdon staff, including Tom Ayling, David Crawford, Ian Fishpool, Mike Litchfield and Gaynor Cooper.
