Reunions

The OA Club organises a variety of social reunions to complement the ever-increasing range of sporting and professional events that are on offer. These reunions can sometimes be focused around a particular member of staff, a school club or society or most basically on time of leaving. OAs who left Abingdon in the 1960s have been organising independent social reunions for many years and the OA 60s reunion has now become a regular feature in the OA social calendar.

OA Club Reunion for 1976-2005 leavers
On Wednesday 17 March there will be a large reunion at the Athenæum Club in London for all OAs who attended the School from 1976-2005 at which a portrait of Michael St John Parker, Headmaster of Abingdon School 1975-2001, will be unveiled by the Chairman of Governors. More...

On Friday 5 March around 40 OAs who left Abingdon from 1969-1972 came back to School to reconnect with old friends and former members of staff. More...

OA 60s event
The cohort of OAs who left Abingdon in the 1960s have for many years enjoyed their own annual reunion, organised more or less independently of the main body of OA Club activities. In 2010 there will be a visit to the Gurkha Museum in Winchester, which is being organised by Richard Morris for Friday 22 October. More...
