At the 2009 OA Club AGM we welcomed Gareth Morris (1976) into his new role as President of the OA Club. Gareth is an accountant by profession, having studied chemistry and economics, and has become a businessman of some repute. A number of organisations have benefitted from his expertise over the years, including Hackett Ltd. and Links (London) Ltd. Gareth has now established himself as a independent consultant.
As we expand and shape the Club to reflect the needs and preferences of our members, we shall benefit greatly from Gareth’s business experience as funding is a critical aspect of our future, particularly in the next two years. Since joining the committee earlier this year as President Elect he has already been an invaluable source of advice and information.
Gareth will serve a two-year term as President and is very much looking forward to getting involved with the work of the OA Club, attending events and reconnecting with old friends and we are very excited to be working with him.
