Since 1743, when ‘The Gentlemen Educated in Abingdon School' met there on 6th August, we know that some form of alumni association has been in existence - and always with the aim of remaining in touch on a social basis.
This has continued until the present day but we now hope we can offer a great deal more. Not just will we act as a central point of contact for anyone who has been associated with the School over the years but we aim to provide many more exciting opportunities for social, sporting and business networking. And, we support OAs directly through our professional development awards.
We are also committed to working in a close and proactive partnership with the School by providing careers and work experience opportunities through OAs and in supporting the School's development plans which will secure its position as one of the country's leading independent schools well into the future.
