The OA Club has its own constitution and is run by a committee of volunteers who represent the various decades of the Club's members. The current Chairman is John Bunce (1962). The committee meets termly, on the first Saturday after each half-term holiday, and the annual general meeting is usually timed to coincide with the Michaelmas committee meeting.
A President is elected annually although the term of office is usually two years. The current President is Gareth Morris (1976) who began his term at the AGM in November 2009.
OAs are welcome at any committee meeting and are particularly encouraged to attend the AGM.
