Sunday 27 June, War Memorial Field, 4.30-6.30 pm
After the 2010 Twenty20 Cricket Tournament a large crowd of young alumni gathered on War Memorial Field to catch up over a cool drink and to say goodbye to Mark Turner, Alun Watkins and Will Phelps, all of whom left Abingdon in summer 2010 to take up headships at other schools. We were also very pleased to be joined by the families of these three Abingdon stalwarts.
It was fantastic to have so many of our most recent leavers back at School again and we know that we speak on behalf of all the members of staff who were present, and also their families, when we say that it was truly touching to see so many of you back at School for this very special occasion.
