On Friday boys from the Abingdon MUN, and two girls from SHSK, travelled to Haileybury for a three day conference attended by 750 delegates from three continents. The delegates debated a total of 36 topics on a number of different committees. It was intense, tiring but hugely enjoyable and a unique experience for all those involved. The students represented Japan, Algeria and Guatemala and won various awards but a special mention to Hayden Ramm, Ben Ffrench, Silas Gill and Lancelot Wilson who won a distinguished delegate award. In addition to this the boys representing Japan, won most distinguished delegation. This was our Secretary General, Alex Mannix's last conference and we thank him for all his contributions to MUN this year. We also thank all of the team at Haileybury for organising such a superb conference.

This concludes a very busy term for the MUN at Abingdon but we are already looking forward to introducing the third year to MUN next term and conferences in the autumn.
