Today a mini-bus full of Lower School boys travelled to Wales to visit the Roman remains at Caerleon. They spent time looking round the bath-house and barracks and enjoyed eating their lunch in the impressive amphitheatre. The trip finished with a visit to the Roman Legionary Museum where there was a display about Roman metalcraft as well as the chance to try on some Roman armour.
