The Lower School today held the annual Team Maths Challenge.
Boys from the 1st and 2nd year competed in teams of four in three rounds of mathematical puzzlement.
The teams needed strength throughout, and could not be carried by just one member as the teams were split up at different points. As well as all working together, boys answered questions in a relay race (only passing the next question on when the previous one had been answered correctly) and a crossnumber (half working on the down clues and half on the across clues).
This year we had a lot of fun, and also some fantastic answers. The top three teams were as follows:
