Today saw the annual Lower School Gala Concert which gave the youngest musicians in the school a platform upon which to show their talents. Those who have only recently started learning their instruments performed alongside the more experienced second year musicians, several of whom have recently been awarded Music Scholarships. The Lower School Orchestra (the LSO for short!) rounded off the concert with a spirited rendition of Greased Lightnin' and a powerful improvised piece called Celestial Power.
