Books and Beyond are half-termly events that are organised jointly with St Helen’s. Each event will take an area of English, media, or culture (the kind of juicy bits that don’t make it onto the syllabus) and will give you a chance to go beyond what you thought were the limits to discover new creative and imaginative possibilities. This might be through watching and discussing a cutting edge arthouse film, discovering an experimental genre of books, or taking part in a workshop on journalistic or creative writing.
